Job Overview:

The Back Office Marketing Executive plays a key supporting role in the marketing department by handling administrative and operational tasks. This position is critical to ensuring that marketing initiatives and order management run smoothly behind the scenes. The Back Office Marketing Executive is responsible for managing databases, coordinating communications, preparing reports, managing logistics for marketing materials, and supporting the marketing team in day-to-day activities. In addition, read new client through extensive research with the help of various platform of social media. Assist new lead to convert them to place order and plays important role as key person for such clients .This includes conducting extensive market analysis, and generating qualified leads to expand our customer base. Daily reporting by end of the day to director by CC to Office In charge and Sr Office staff.

 

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis

  • Analyze market trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Greens Surgicals Pvt Ltd.
  • Identify customer needs: Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to understand the needs of orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Generate market insights: Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team to guide strategic decisions for product development and market expansion.
  • Identify opportunities: Pinpoint market gaps and unmet needs to inform the new product pipeline. 

Lead Generation and Business Development

  • Develop sales strategies: Work with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for generating and nurturing B2B leads through digital and traditional channels.
  • Build customer relationships: Engage with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and healthcare institutions to build trust and long-term commercial relationships.
  • Expand the network: Identify and develop new distribution channels, especially for international markets.
  • Analyze sales performance: Track sales metrics and analyze performance to identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base. 
  • Identify and qualify new leads from hospitals, orthopaedic surgeons, dealers, and distributors.
  •   Conduct market research on potential customers, tenders, and new business opportunities.
  •   Maintain and update a database of prospects in CRM / Excel.
  •   Gather information on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

 

Sales Back-Office Support

  • Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales quotations, product information sheets, catalogues, and commercial proposals.
  • Process customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, registrations, and documentation required by hospitals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Follow up with prospective customers via phone/email for product interest, quotations, and order status.
  • Maintain regular communication with surgeons, purchase departments, and distributors.
  • Provide pre-sales support and resolve basic customer queries regarding implants, instruments, and pricing.
