Job Title: Python Developer – AI & Machine Learning Projects (1–2 Years Experience) | On-Site Role

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML-based applications using Python
• Build end-to-end solutions from requirement gathering to production deployment
• Work on data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization
• Integrate AI models into web applications and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
• Debug, test, and optimize performance of AI systems
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience building at least 1–2 real-world AI projects
• API development experience (FastAPI/Flask/Django preferred)
• Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with Git and deployment workflows

Preferred (Bonus):

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving mindset
• Strong logical thinking ability
• Ability to work independently in an on-site collaborative environment

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Demonstrable portfolio of AI-based projects required
