Full job description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential buyers through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or property portals
  • Build a pipeline of prospective clients

2. Client Interaction & Needs Analysis

  • Understand customer requirements (budget, location, type of property)
  • Suggest suitable properties based on their needs
  • Maintain regular communication with clients

3. Property Presentation & Site Visits

  • Arrange and conduct property site visits
  • Explain features, pricing, amenities, and benefits
  • Highlight USPs of the project or property

4. Sales Closure

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
  • Handle objections and provide solutions
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets

5. Documentation & Process Handling

  • Assist clients with paperwork (booking forms, agreements, etc.)
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations

6. Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitors
  • Understand the local real estate market and new projects

7. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Provide post-sales support
